At EmpowerMe HR, I provide practical, personalised HR support to business owners and leaders who want to manage their people well, without making HR more complicated than it needs to be.

With more than 15 years of HR experience, I work alongside businesses to solve people problems, strengthen leadership, build confidence and capability and create workplaces where people understand what’s expected of them and have the support to succeed.

My approach is about more than simply providing an answer. Wherever possible, I help business owners and managers build the confidence and skills to handle people matters themselves, while being there with experienced HR support when things become complex, sensitive or simply outside their expertise.
